Maintenance Planner at Orkla Foods Sweden in Eslöv

In Eslöv lies one of Orkla Foods Sweden's largest production facilities. We manufacture ready meals in various forms, vegan products, vegetable preserves, and potato products in the form of frozen potatoes and mashed potatoes. We are now looking for a technology-interested and improvement-driven Maintenance Planner for our Technical and Maintenance Department.

As a maintenance planner, you will have overall responsibility for planning and coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring that all materials and resources needed for maintenance are available. The role involves supporting the maintenance manager by developing annual, monthly, and daily maintenance plans and managing the purchase of necessary materials and services via the SAP system.

Your responsibilities include:

Based on maintenance needs, plan activities and calculate resources.
Create weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance plans and prioritize work.
Code machine parts into our business system SAP.
Be responsible for and carry out all purchases and orders of materials and spare parts.
Work to ensure that we have a safe and operational facility.
Assist in technical matters regarding machinery, methods, and work processes.
Plan, resource, and schedule maintenance on process, packaging, and auxiliary equipment.
Together with the maintenance manager and coordinator, coordinate and follow up on tasks for both in-house and hired personnel.
Ensure that the operations conducted comply with applicable work environment laws (including systematic work environment and fire safety work), and environmental legislation with associated regulations and guidelines, and that routines and instructions in the environmental management system are followed.
Together with the maintenance manager, calculate and budget maintenance work, and within given frameworks manage material orders, or for larger jobs request quotes and write decision documents.
Together with production planning, find maintenance windows for production-stopping maintenance actions.
Participate in or independently develop proposals for the development and streamlining of work methods, follow-up and maintenance routines, and governing documents.

Qualifications:

Vocational education at least at the university level or other background deemed equivalent.
Experience working in maintenance systems
Experience working in business systems
Experience in personnel management
Computer skills, Office package
Good knowledge of business and maintenance systems
Invoice Manager
High level of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
